1.    How do we collect personal identification information?

We also collect the relevant data (date/time), by appointment for our coaching. In addition we collect your contract questions to the follow-up in the context of coaching. Also – if you have – agreed to this we save the sessions recorded in accordance with paragraph 4 of the Terms and Conditions for the purposes of the service quality. We use your personal data exclusively for the processing of the contracts concluded with you and your payments and the service quality of the services offered under www.thinkkniht.com.

Regarding the questions you raised in context of coaching and any session records, thinkkniht.com may use this also after the contractual relationship for internal performance analysis and improvement as well as for the purposes of the optimization of the service quality further, this, however, only internally (it is strictly not passed on to third parties nor the data will be published) and anonymous.

 

Accesses to the web page of the THINKNIHT UG under www.thinkkniht.com are evaluated on the server-sided in the form of non-personal data for statistical purposes.

Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously.
